The Schlessinger palace was built in 1891 in Art Nouveau style and was converted into the hotel in 1907. As a first hotel to be opened in Zagreb it has a long tradition, attracting guests from all over the world with its warm, familiar atmosphere.

The hotel was completely reconstructed in 1987, when a new a part was added-on. The new interior design is a blend of modern technologies and 19th century Art Nouveau style.

The food is a blend of international and traditional dishes, with an accent on local specialities, created by our award winning chef de cuisine.
